Here at Daniel Whelan Engineering we have been proudly based in Borris since 1928. Since then, we  have established a reputation for innovative designs of Gates, Railings, Balconies, Stairs and much more, with attention to detail and customer requirements, tailored to suit their individual needs.

We have always believed in the concepts of excellent service and delivering work that exceeds the expectations of our clients, for this reason we have developed our own reputation as a trusted, industry expert. This reputation has grown from strength to strength in recent years, both locally and nationally. The hard work of our team along with the expertise of our management and owners has ensured Daniel Whelan Engineering is a name synonymous with the engineering, fencing and construction industries across Ireland.

2018 represents the start of a new chapter here at Daniel Whelan Engineering Works Ltd. Given the growth and demand nationally, we have decided to expand operations and open offices spread throughout Ireland. Our head office remains Borris, Carlow – however you can now contact Daniel Whelan Engineering in our Cork, Dublin and Galway offices.

The expansion is testament to everything we believe here in Daniel Whelan Engineering Work’s – quality service along with a strong internal culture has allowed us to move forward and expand operations across Ireland.

This expansion represents a busy but exciting time for all of us here at Daniel Whelan Engineering Works Ltd, however it is an exciting time for our company.
