Lakewood Athletic FC Unveils new Facilities

When dealing with sports clubs from around the country we always endeavour to deliver the best possible results and the most professional finish to all our work and our latest project in Cork was no different. We are well aware of the importance of having excellent facilities and our latest project in Cork showcases some of our work from start to finish.

Lakewood Athletic F.C based in Cork recently opened their new full size pitch on August 15th 2018. The project was undertaken by Daniel Whelan Engineering Works Ltd. In the images below you can see how the project came together. The facility was officially opened by Minister John Creed alongside John Delaney, Chief Executive of the FAI. These new facilities are testament to the hard work and dedication of all involved in Lakewood Athletic F.C and although we may be biased, we think the facilities turned out brilliantly. The 3 meter high 2D868 Fence with 3 meter high overhead netting on this pitch gives it a professional look and feel, complementing the success and growth of the club over the years.
